Gemma joined Harwood HR in 2018 with nearly 20 years’ experience within; Human Resources, Employment Law, Recruitment and Training. After studying a Degree in Human Resource Management Gemma went on to complete her CIPD Diploma in Personnel Management at Kingston University. Working across a variety of sectors including; professional services, retail, catering and education.

Karin

Karin Baxter MA in HRM
HR Consultant

Karin joined Harwood HR in 2022 after the pandemic where she took some time off to home school her three daughters. Having completed her BA degree in Social Sciences with Psychology she went on to complete her Masters in Human Resource Management at Westminster University. Karin has over 15 years experience in HR, working in numerous sectors ranging from hospitality, manufacturing, finance and not for profit.

Karen Kelly MA in Business Management

Karen joined Harwood HR in 2022, with a Masters Degree in Business Management with over 25 years’ HR experience. She initially started her career as an HR Management Consultant specialising in Performance Management working with large multi-national organisations through to small family run businesses. Karen is a trained mediator, qualified coach and experienced facilitator.

Natalie

Natalie Bradbury MCIPD

Natalie's background began in hospitality where she worked with some well known international hotel chains. From there she progressed into HR Manager roles within the education, IT and veterinary sectors before spending several years working with an outsourced HR firm. Natalie offers a pragmatic and holistic approach to HR and is a qualified Chartered MCIPD.

Roz Harwood
Founder

Roz Harwood, the founder of Harwood HR, has 20 years experience in HR Management roles within the UK. Her passion for HR and helping organisations resolve their HR challenges quickly and cost effectively was her motivation for starting Harwood HR.
