Employment Contracts
Since April 2020, employees and workers are entitled to have a contract of employment (also called a statement of terms) by their first working day.
We will work with you to ensure that you have a suitable and fit for purpose contract of employment, which is legally compliant and contains the correct terms and conditions for your company.
Your designated HR Consultant will work with you, either to create a brand-new employment contract or to update your existing document. Harwood HR will take away the headache of compiling all the necessary information correctly. All clients will then receive contract template(s) to be used for future new employees.
The process
All our retained clients benefit from a contract and policy review as part of their agreement.
Upon enlisting the help of Harwood HR, we will review your employment contract template. This way, we can make sure that all new employees receive up-to-date contracts from the get-go, and, potentially existing employees if this is an outstanding requirement.
