We will initially arrange a consultation session, with you the employer, to discuss the issue and the options moving forward. It should always be the intention for this process to cause as little disruption to the workplace morale as possible, so keeping the entire investigation as smooth and calm as possible is very important.
Once the next step has been decided, we are able to help with the admin duties of inviting the employee to a meeting or just supplying you with the correct documentation to do this. We will work with you right to the end, ensuring the outcome fits the needs of the business. We will provide all necessary policies, template letters and process needed.
